I’ve healed my body ( To the point where all my senses — vision, smell, taste, etc. — are highly tuned and I no longer have allergies, etc. ) . I play soccer everyday, so I decided to try Creatine to see if it would help my performance.
I did like it for the first 2 weeks and I think that it’s possible that it helps performance, but after 1 month I noticed a change in my mood. I was a little more blue feeling ( Coupled with numbness around my eyes and the sides of my head), and I had this “Plastici” taste in my mouth that lingered for a few days after I stopped taking it.
Also my allergies starting coming back.
This happens whenever if I decide to try something that does not agree with my immune system ( For example ice cream that has high fructose corn syrup in it).
So I ended up tossing out the rest of it.
Generally for muscle tone and recovery I definitely need Vitamin D to distribute calcium effectively and get proper muscle tone. I use Magnesium for this as well (The brand Natural Calm Magnesium Citrate which is a powder). I may also add additional salt to the magnesium to make sure my body has plenty of electrolytes. And with that mix I can go hard and I’m healed up by morning.
