Healing and Sugar

You have the natural ability to heal. If you cut your finger or break a bone your body goes to work on it immediately.

You’re body is constantly repairing things inside you the same way bees collect pollen.

The body is is a complex organism with many interrelated and co dependent parts and they all depend on each other in some way.

There is one healer that understands all that and that is you. Your energy knows how your organism is designed, it grew your bones and everything else, and it knows how to repair things. You trust it to beat your heart and keep you breathing, to grow your nails, your hair, digest your food and so on and while it’s doing all that it’s also repairing things inside you.

Let’s do a though experiment.

The question is whether it is possible to overload the bodies healing energy?

Well lets think of ourselves as tomato plants. What happens if we keep over watering it. It wilts and dies.

So for example what would happen if we drank 10 milk shakes in a row?

Perhaps also combined that with greasy french fries and fried chicken.

What would our body do with that?

Obviously it has to process it in some way. And it’s fair to ask “While its processing excess is it also continuing to heal and repair things?”.

It’s quite possible that we have at the moment of ingesting all this overloaded our bodies capacity to heal us, since it’s now so busy dealing with the excess.

Now lets consider what the sugar, high fructose corn syrup, and grease and so on does to us internally.

We just assume the body will remove all of it after a while right?

What if the contrary is true? What if the sugar acts as a poison that both seeps into the colon and degenerates it so that it no longer can perform its functions optimally? Sugar is a very sticky thing. It could be that for the most part some of it stays behind causing chronic degeneration in the bodies healing mechanism, since it is not constantly working on the damage the sugar has done and is continuously doing.

We would feel and sense some of these effects slowly over time, but it’s quite possible that we ignore the correlation, since it’s all happening so slowly.

After a a while we may feel blue, develop anxiety / depression, etc. and many other types of symptoms. The body is a complex mechanism and the effects of degeneration will most likely be different in all of us.

One thing I notice after cutting out sugar … mostly … is my dark eye circles disappeared, my allergies disappeared, my chest feels cleaner and more open, my nose is always clear.

My vision, focus, and energy levels are all improving, and I can work out for much longer periods and I heal faster.

This September I’ll be 49. It’s an interesting contrast from when I was 19 and had a chronic hamstring injury that simply would not heal, heavy dark eye circles, and I felt depressed, numb, and disconnected.

March 2023 Experiment with High Fructose Corn Syrup

I did an experiment on myself after getting to the point where I felt great every day for 2 years. At the start I worked out every day hard for 3 hours (Soccer / Plyometrics / Weights) and healed by morning.

I started drinking a few glasses of minute maid lemonade which contains high fructose corn syrup for a month and with my one daily chipotle meal that is the only thing I eat with my intermittent fasting routine.

At the end of the experiment I did start feeling depressed / disconnected and my body was tight and sore, and all the symptoms that I started having after a month of being in the US for the first time in 1985 started to recur. The depression or lost and disconnected feeling felt like a slightly painful numbing ( The type of numbing one gets at the dentist from topical anesthetics ) along the sides of the head around the ears and moving down the jaw bone, making it slightly harder to make facial expressions. It also slowed my healing from my daily workouts and I felt considerably “Stiffer” and more inflamed in my back (Especially tight), hips, calves, and just about everywhere ( The numbing felt in the face I believe is actually a tightening of the muscles in that area). I also have not had any allergies symptoms in years, and down here in South Carolina my black car turns yellow in the spring from the pollen. I did notice a slight amount of mucus buildup in my nose and lungs, and I think it’s due to the High Fructose Corn Syrup reducing the effectiveness of my immune system. Everything went back to normal a few weeks after I stopped the experiment. There was also this persistent “Deflated” feeling that went along with the whole thing.

So now I need to restore my immune system and reset my body again. That will take care of the rest. In order to do this I”ll go back to only consuming my one meal of Chipotle a day for dinner along with one clove of garlic, along with perhaps some fruits and popcorn in the evening. On a related note it took me a long time doing a trillion different experiments to try to heal myself to finally baseline myself to the point that I felt so good every day for 3 years and so now if I do make a change in my pattern I do it very carefully one thing at a time. This way I notice changes in my level of well being. It would be great if there was a social app that could track and share this type of data, that way would could all serve as a “Sensor” for each other.

We are all the “Sensors” for food product innovation and what may not seem to be of material significance to a group of control subjects over the tested period of time where there is a great financial incentive to reap profits from the developed food additive could end up being quite significant to many of us.

On the Healthy Side of Things

I do like honey.

I found that his helped restore my PH in the event that I consumed to many alkalizing minerals. So if I ever feel stiff (Lack of oxygen in tissues) my first “Test” is drink a bunch of Seltzer (Carbonated) water. If that fixes it my PH was too basic. It should work within a day.
