Do you think about what it is you are going to do before you do it?
Something everyone does, at least seems, is we take social media or other types of breaks, impulsively. I know do / did. Buddhists call this “Habit energy”.
And if we are doing it impulsively, it raises the question of who’s in control?
Always listening and sensing what is coming from inside the body and outside all the time and also paying attention to energy flowing does a lot for my personal focus.
